At Flashback, we offer a 30-day return window for all electronics to ensure you are completely satisfied with your tech upgrade. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Flashback account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the device in its original box along with the provided RMA slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
