What is your return policy for opened devices?
We offer a 30-day return window. If the device has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included to be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer trade-in credit for old devices?
Currently, we do not have a direct trade-in program, but we are working on a 'Flashback Exchange' initiative launching later this year to help you recycle and save.
How do I track my order status?
